I missed last week! How does time go so quickly that I lose whole weeks? Anywho, the following is a flash piece that is related to the first 55 I tackled, A Tidy End. While I hope this stands alone with no issue, it’ll reveal more when the other is read as well. I will leave it up to the reader whether you read this first, or the other. Again, not erotic, but eventually I’ll get there ;)

A Last Straw; Or Three
Syd touched her temple. The throbs continued, metronome, Largo Molto. Stridence clawed through the hall.
Ted forgot to shut his door. She listened, head cocked. “Interesting.”
2,801 days; she could wait three more.
“I’ve got an errand.” He didn’t linger. Syd shook her head. An errand named Sienna.
Syd dialed a number. ”Draw up the papers.”
